Director Responsibilities
- Maintain
an inventory process for all equipment needs
- Timely
pre-season delivery of equipment
- Maintenance
of shared equipment such as portable backstops, batting cages, etc.
- Management
of equipment in backstop lockers
- Replacement
and repair of equipment as needed during the season
- Work
with Community Ed to identify and correct field maintenance issues
- Post-season
collection of equipment
- Post-season
repair or replacement of equipment as needed
- Management
of storage facilities
- Purchase
and repair of all uniforms as needed
- Respond
to all requests or questions from parents, coaches, board members, or any
other MYBI member in a timely manner
