Mahtomedi Youth Baseball defines "Fair Play/Equal Play" policy as follows;
Over the course of the season, players should be able to expect an equal number of innings and at bats as the other players on their team.
The coach always determines the playing positions - we do encourage rotation so that every player develop a cross section of baseball skills.
Factors that might affect this balance include attendance at games or practices, and coach or parent applied discipline.
